From 2010 to 2016, home prices appreciated by over 110%. For years, it felt like the best-kept secret in San Francisco, but renters and homeowners alike feel like they\u2019ve found a hidden gem and are spreading the word. Residents love that the neighborhood has a small town feel while still being in a central San Francisco location.
